Believe it or not, we met on a dating website. Yes, it can really happen that way! And it did...
It began with the typical "get to know you" questions and some emails back and forth, but that will only take you so far. Our first face to face encounter was at Starbucks for coffee. There were a few sparks as we talked and laughed for a couple of hours and made another date. We were intrigued by one another. That intrigue developed into attraction and attraction became affection. Affection led to the true love and respect we have for one another today. Now we're getting married!
Naturally, there were many events to nurture our blooming love. One such day was a dark and stormy day... We were enjoying our favorite hot wings, hot dogs, and cold micro brews at 777 Brewery, but little did we know the intense summer heat had turned to a monsoon downpour outside. We wandered through a couple of casinos occasionally catching glimpses of dark clouds outside and wondered if we should brave the weather. Well, a few micro brews in your system will certainly make you say "Why not?!" and out we went. We ran out in to the battering rain and flooding streets to explore a deserted Fremont Street Experiene. We laughed, we splashed, we ate fried Twinkies at Mermaids... and love was in the air...
