After five and a half years, we're finally doing it!  We're getting married!  His proposal was absolutely perfect.  As many of you know the past two years I have been working toward my Masters in Educational Psychology from A&M University.  As a graduation celebration his wonderful family hosted a party.  It was the most wonderful group of family and friends.  During the party Shane decided to give a toast.  He said that he was thankful that he was no longer the "house wife" now that I was done with school.  Then he began talking about how we met, and our relationship.  His voice shaking was my first clue that something was going on.  When he got down on one knee I barely let him get the words, "Will you marry me?" out before I kissed him.  Then I kissed him again, and again!  I was shaking for a solid five minutes before I started to get misty-eyed.  He really is the most kind-hearted, amazing man.  I am so lucky to be marrying my best friend!!!
